How long is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time varies between 2 - 12 days.

Update: Most parcels arrive a bit faster in Australia! Usually you will receive your package within 2 - 12 days.

What should I do if I have not received my order yet?

If the delivery time of 2-12 days has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to infooliviaharvey@gmail.com. We will find out what is happening with your package.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?

To send a return, contact our customer service at infooliviaharvey@gmail.com. Please include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.

What are the costs for returns?

Unfortunately, returns are at your own expense. The costs therefore depend on the courier you choose. Please check the website of the relevant courier for more information on pricing.

What are the conditions for returning my products?

There is always a 30-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returns:

  • The return period has not yet expired
  • The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached
  • The product has not been used

What payment methods can I use?

We only accept payments via credit card. All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment systems and are therefore safe.

What if I have not received an order confirmation email?

This is not intended. Please send an email with your full name and email address to infooliviaharvey@gmail.com. We will assist you quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send an email as soon as possible to infooliviaharvey@gmail.com. Include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for cancellation.
